Herrenmühle, which is an old water mill, is a monument and cultural heritage. It’s located in Freudenburg at the entrance of “Kollesleuker Schweiz” right at the König-Johann path.

It’s an extraordinary treasure in an idyllic location, which is the perfect starting point for hiking trips, bike rides and other day trips. Starting from Herrenmühle, beginning with “Pilsfelsen” and along bizarre bunter and the river Leuk, you will find yourself at the perfect spot to relax, to slow down and to enjoy your holidays.

The guest house is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Herrenmühle on a total of 150 m².kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large open-plan room. This living room is divided into 3 areas, 2 leather sofas invite you to watch TV/WiFi or listen to music, read or relax and watch the fire opposite in the wood-burning stove on cooler days. Two cosy armchairs with massage function are available. At the oak table, which seats up to 12 people, you can eat and chat in a cosy atmosphere. An extensive collection of games awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can access one of the two balconies from there and, with a bit of luck, you will see black storks foraging from there or enjoy the view of nature.

On the top floor there is a bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower, as well as three bedrooms and a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used free of charge. The chestnut room has a 1.80 m wide double bed and plenty of storage space in the customised built-in wardrobes made of solid wood. A 1.40 metre French bed, wardrobe/dresser and desk in the green room. 2 box-spring beds 90 x 200 as single beds, a sideboard with TV and a wardrobe are located in the third room. The best conditions for a good night's sleep.
