Living and dining room furnished in Scandinavian style, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a small forest and the surrounding area. With a little luck you can see squirrels. Finely equipped kitchen with breakfast area and morningsun; sunny south-terrace with awning, table & chairs; big bathroom with a window, toilet, bathtub, shower, double sink, towel warmer, dresser, armchair and view of the greenery; hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe; small, separate guest toilet. Spacious bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm (2 mattresses), armchair, wardrobe tree, dressing room with mirror, chest of drawers and a really large closet. The second, homely bedroom with two single beds faces east and looks out into the greenery. Here you find small desk for undisturbed working. Both bedrooms can be darkened.

The bright and friendly apartment on the second floor of a two-family house on the edge of a small wood, scores on 140 sqm with spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms (one with double bed: 180 x 200 cm (2 mattresses), the other with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), a finely equipped kitchen with breakfast area (fridge u. Freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, Nespresso machine, but without microwave), south-facing terrace with table and chairs, bathroom with view (shower, tub, double sink, toilet) and separate guest toilet. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance.

If required access to washing machine and dryer - By arrangement: use of the charging station for an electric car
