Spacious and beautifully designed apartment on the top floor with its own roof terrace. Huge panorama windows in the dining room with open kitchen provide plenty of daylight and thus a pleasant room atmosphere. It becomes cozy in the evening by the open fireplace in the combined living room / bedroom. In addition, the apartment has three bedrooms. Your holiday home is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ligist at the beginning of the famous Schilcher Wine Route. This modern apartment also has its own swimming pool, which is heated all year round. The entire apartment also has WiFi.

Ligist is a small market town (392m & uuml; .M.) Near Graz. The traditional place is located in the Styrian wine country, which was populated and cultivated very early due to its climatically favorable location.     “Wir, als Familie mit 3 Kindern, haben uns ab einem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben gleich den Pool getestet und haben Ihn auch jeden Tag genutzt. Die vielen Möglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen, ob Wandern rund um Ligist oder auch Radfahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Daumen hoch.”

    “Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut schön und einen Urlaub wert!
    Die Ausstattung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Räume sind sehr hell, groß und gemütlich! Die Betten waren schon bezogen und alles war sehr sauber.
    Das absolute Highlight war für uns und die Kinder der Whirlpool mit angrenzendem Pool. Durch die Gegenstromanlage konnte man wirklich endlos schwimmen und die beiden Bereiche waren schon bei unserer Ankunft perfekt temperiert. Wir Eltern haben ausgepackt, die Kinder konnten schon die ersten Runden schwimmen und planschen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und trotzdem ist es zu Supermarkt, Gaststätte, Apotheke etc nicht weit.
    Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr nett gewesen und die empfohlene Pizza war wirklich riesig :-)
    Trotzdem es eine Wohnung ist, fühlte es sich an, wie ein seperates Ferienhaus.
    Und da mir eine 100 % positive Bewertung immer etwas suspekt ist, eine klitze-kleine-Kleinigkeit: Der Ort ist sehr schön, wenn auch scheinbar kein typischer Sommerurlaubsort. Einige der so bekannten Schlicherhöfe waren wegen Betriebsferien in der Hauptreisezeit geschlossen.
    Ansonsten sind sehr schöne Seen in der Gegend, an denen man seine Urlaubstage verbringen kann!
    Sollten wir nochmal in Österreich Urlaub machen, dann gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung und vielleicht im Winter um den Kaminofen zu testen.
    Es war wirklich ein toller und entspannter Aufenthalt als Familie!”
