Outside the resort Campo Blenio, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a secluded, quiet position, 20 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. 300 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Ponte Semina, Campo Blenio" 400 m, railway station "Biasca" 28 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Cappana Boverina, Cappana Scaletta, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Doneta, Castello de Seravalle, Locarno, Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Retico Diga di Luzzone, Lago Ritum, Lago Cristallina, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Greina, Pizzo Rossetto, Apl Pradasca, Lucomagno, zona Nara, Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio. Please note: car recommended.

    “Faciliteiten ruim voldoende voor 2 personen.
    Goed bereikbaar met auto.
    Het huis maakt echter onderdeel uit van een groter huis welke in het weekend bewoond werd door zoon van eigenaar. Dit was voor ons onverwacht en hadden we niet bij de boeking uit de beschrijving opgemaakt. Hierdoor geen volledige privacy ervaren.
    Ook was de autoweg dichtbij genoeg om het verkeer te horen. Niet heel druk maar kon soms hinderlijk zijn.
