The farmhouse from the early 19th century in Kollnburg, which was renovated in 2020, impresses with its unique view of the Bavarian Forest and the Arber. On approx. 260 sqm of living space, the house offers a total of 5 double bedrooms with bathroom and a spacious, open living and dining area with fireplace and attached kitchen. The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.The Bavarian Forest Nature Park offers countless leisure and sports opportunities, as well as great hiking trails. Thus, summer toboggan runs, via ferrata and excursions are quickly and easily accessible by car.The hiking trail "Rund um Kollnburg" runs directly along the property, so you can start hiking right away. The summit of the Pröller can be reached on foot in about 45 min and offers another great view of the mountain range of the Bavarian Forest. In winter there is the possibility to ski on two slopes here.

- payment is made in advance by bank transfer- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in. Guests booked less than 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in date. After that, a 50% refund will be issued until 7 days prior to check-in. After that, no refund will be issued.
