Via stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor: living room with balcony with furniture and harbor view. Over 4 steps: kitchenette with dining area and small shower/toilet. 2nd floor: double room with harbor view, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Over 4 steps: double room. 3rd floor: open triple room (double bed and single bed) with lagoon view. Over 4 steps to bedroom with double couch (sloping roof), suitable for children. Air conditioning/heat pump only on 1st and 3rd floors Max 9 Pax On the small island of Marina Punta Faro lies the beautiful, well-kept terraced house complex, which is only connected to the mainland by a small bridge Parking lot in the garage. Each terraced house has 1 parking space in the garage (approx. 2.08 m high and 2.20 m wide) and another parking space in front of the garage.

    “Das Haus ist an sich für den Preis sehr groß. Leider ist die Ausstattung dafür auch alles andere als hochwertig. Das kann man aber bei dem Preis (630€ für 9 Personen für 5 Tage) verschmerzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es gibt 2 Auto Stellplätze. Diese können aber mit einem SUV zu eng werden (unser Audi A5 ist sich zentimetergenau von der Breite her ausgegangen). Das Hauptproblem mit dem Haus war die Sauberkeit. Das Haus wurde uns ziemlich dreckig übergeben (Sand in den meisten Zimmern etc.) und Reiningungskosten von 70€ verrechnet. Bei Abreise wollten uns die Vermieter dann 100€ von der Kaution einbehalten und behaupteten bei der Endreinigung handelte es sich nur um Desinfektionskosten(das Haus wurde vor uns nicht mal gekehrt, geschweige denn desinifiziert) und wir müssten das Haus vor Abreise selbst komplett putzen. Die 100€ Kaution sollten angeblich für zusätzliche Putzkosten genutzt werden da laut der Dame von der Vermietung eine Putzfrau in Italien 80€ pro Stunde kostet.... Nach langem rumdiskutieren und nochmal 15min putzen (2 Personen) durch uns, war das Haus dann komplett gekehrt und Küche und Bäder gewischt.
