This mountain gîte is located in the hamlet of Evol, one of France's most beautiful villages. At an altitude of 800 m, the scenery is superb and the valley very wild. Old stonework, lloses and exposed beams give this gîte lots of character and cachet. Ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen. 1st floor: sitting room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en suite bathroom, wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with en suite bathroom (shower and bath, wc). Communal car park 200 metres away. Communal barbecue area nearby. In winter: wood heating (with supplement, price to be agreed directly with the owner, log of wood: €1). Compulsory cleaning charge: €40/stay. On request, bed linen hire: 6 €/bed, towels: 6 €/persEach bedroom has a radiator except the smallest, which is heated by the wood-burning stove.
