Es handelt sich um ein 2-stöckiges Chalet für 6 Personen ganz in der Nähe vom Strand und mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Portocolom. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und Wifi-Internetverbindung.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer, das in zwei verschiedene Bereiche aufgeteilt ist, einem mit zwei Sofas vor dem Fernseher und einem anderen mit einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine herrliche Terrasse mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf das Meer und einem grossen Tisch um beim Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen die Aussicht zu genießen. Die sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindliche Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, Weinflaschen-Öffner, etc.. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

The chalet is a two-storey property with capacity for 6 people, located very close to the beach and with beautiful views of the sea at Portocolom bay. There are 3 double bedrooms and WiFi connection.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room divided into two zones, one with two sofas and a television and other with a dining table seating 6 people. The terrace is accessed from the the living-dining room and comprises a 6 seater table where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying spectacular sea views. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware including glasses, cups, cutlery and bottle openers. The bathroom, with bath is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor are the three double bedrooms and a bathroom containing bath. One bedroom has twin beds, night tables, mosquito net and wardrobe. The second room has a double bed, built in wardrobes, night tables and mosquito net. The third bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, night tables and mosquito net as well as a private terrace with spectacular sea views.

The house has a lovely external area, with a small garden in front of the property and a large terrace next to the private swimming pool, equipped with pergola and table so you can eat your meals beside the pool. There is also a barbecue.
