Bella Villa Holiday Apartments recently built is located in the heart of Riva del Garda, a pretty town on the northern shore of Lake Garda, in a very quiet, peaceful position and precisely in Viale Roma n. 28 in a limited traffic area, a stone's throw from the lake, the historic centre, the FA Bonporti Conservatory, the Fraglia Vela Riva sailing club, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the port and approx. 250 meters from the beach. It has six apartments and an independent villa, excellently furnished, equipped and equipped with the most modern technologies: WIFI, satellite Smart-TV, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, video intercom and chip card access.     “Ausstattung: Man hat alles, was man von so einem Ferienhaus erwartet und in so einem Urlaub brauchen konnte. Sehr gut!

    Zustand/Sauberkeit: Das Haus wurde in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben.

    Lage: Die meisten Sterne sind genaue für die Lage - das Haus ist perfekt im Stadtzentrum gelegen und vom Strand nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Top!

    Preis/Leistung: Da wir etwas zu spät gebucht haben, habe ich das Gefühl, dass auch der Preis etwas höher war als üblich. Aber, das hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

    Vermieterin: Sehr sehr nette, flexible Dame, die beim Ankommen auf uns auch länger warten musste. Sie hat alles sehr erklärend übergeben (es gab sogar schriftliche Instruktionen rund um die Hausbenutzung). Wichtig war auch, dass man über das Haus danach und bis zur Übergabe ohne weitere Störung verfügen konnte. Top!”

    “Ferienwohnung ist verteilt auf 3 Etagen, Parterre Eingangsbereich mit Diele, Spiegel , kl. Tisch, zum Doppelbett ausziehbare Couch, eine Toilette. 2. Etage ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, 3. Etage Küche- Esszimmer mit zum Doppelbett ausziehbarer Couch, Fernseher, Esstisch, Küche mit Backofen und 4 Gas-Kochstellen.
    Alles in sauberem Zustand , Lage sehr gut, Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, Kaffee mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Strand alles in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Bei Ankunft netter Empfang, Einweisung zum Umgang mit Gasherd, Parkmöglichkeit usw.”
