Küche: elektisch mit 4 Feuer, Backhofen und Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine. Kleines Badezimmern: WC, Lavabo und Dusche. Nicht bewohnbar im Winter (keine Zentralheizung) Schwedenhofen im Wohnzimmer. Garten mit Zaun, sehr ruhig und mit Cheminè. Kein privater Parkplatz, Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Gute Wandermoeglichkeiten auch für Familien mit Kindern, sehr schoener Fluss im Dorf ideal auch mit Kindern. Restaurant, See (nicht zum Baden), Spielplatz. In der Naehe das Hauptdorf Faido mit Coop, Migros, Denner, Bank. Die Region ist Ideal für Aktivferien, die Stadt Bellinzona mit ihrer berühmten Schlösser liegt nicht weit.
