The historic manor was once connected to the monastery of the Holy Spirit in Flensburg. After demolition and reconstruction in 1905, the building was extensively renovated in 2019-2021. The three floors have undergone different uses. Under the roof was a large storehouse for supplies and the former servant staircase for the house staff still exists. Today it is privately inhabited and due to the extensive space there are two apartments on the ground floor. A quarter of a hectare of land, completely fenced, with four parking spaces, away from highways and noise, give hope for recreation in the countryside. To complete phonetically, dozens of birds chirp in the morning and evening in the small Rododenron climbing forest.
