This luxury and exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 storey villa, located in a prime central location, just a few minutes walk to the main Protaras strip where the beaches, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay Beach, and amenities are. The villa is newly built, tastefully decorated and furnished, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Outside, the beautiful and sizeable garden, one of the main attractions, offers a barbecue, shaded dining area with seating for 8 people, extra seating area with a small table and chairs, two hanging chairs, sunloungers, and a large private pool, ideal for hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun, and evenings of entertaining.

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary and spacious open-plan ground floor, living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large sliding patio doors that lead to the garden and pool. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels. The dining area has a table and seating for 8 people, and the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils.
