Gurtnellen (near Skiarena Andermatt-Sedrun) Large holiday apartment with 4 bedrooms for 6-9 people on the Reuss at 737m altitude, in Gurtnellen, on the north-south axis, only 14km from the lake or the ski area (15 min by car). WIFI, barbecue area in the garden, washing machine, TV, dishwasher The "Casa Restelli" was built in 1898 with two other houses by three Italian workers from granite and is located directly on the north-south axis not far from the Gotthard Pass.
The Wassen motorway exit is 4 km away. The entire house is listed and is prominently located in the district of Wiler an der Reuss. "Davide Restelli" ; one of the three Italian builders, built the house in the middle with the largest square not far from the Reuss in the so-called Wiler of Gurtnellen, which belongs to the upper Reuss Valley. - The 6 room holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house. It has space for a maximum of 9 people plus a cot. The apartment is renovated and is divided as follows. The entrance with a long hallway and exit to the respective rooms form the starting point in the apartment. The rustic kitchen has a large oak dining table with bench and chairs. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove with storage space. A Nespresso machine with cartridges is available to guests. A filter coffee machine is also available on request (please inquire). There is also a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (V-Zug devices) on site. The bathroom is new and internal and has a tub, toilet and sink with cabinet for storage The living room has a comfortable seating area with TV and radio (Swisscom) and cupboards. The respective bedrooms all have a wardrobe and 3x a box spring bed each with 160x200cm (in the master bedroom there is a bunk bed which can be pulled out to 160x200cm), as well as a fourth room, which is an office and on request an additional bed if necessary can be set up; small but with balcony. For the little ones we have a cot and high chair available on request. In the garden for common use with a barbecue area, where you can sit together comfortably. There is a parking space across the house (free of charge on the station square, subject to availability). Pets are allowed on request and costs.
