Modern Beachfront Apartment Seaview

Spacious and modern beachfront apartment for up to four persons - right on the beach (30 meters), in the romantic fishing village of Fažana, in the very south of the Istrian peninsula. The apartment was completely renovated in winter 2021/2022. From both balconies you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea towards the Brioni National Park. The apartment is on the second floor (top floor) of a residential building with only seven parties. The apartment is about 68m² in size and has two separate bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, shower/toilet and two balconies. The distance to the sea and the nearest family beach is only 30 meters.

The apartment has two balconies. Balcony #1 is approximately three square meters, faces west, has direct sea views and is connected to one bedroom. There are two chairs, a small folding table and indirect outdoor lighting. Balcony #2 is accessible from the living/dining room/kitchen and faces North-West. It offers a lateral sea view and a view of Fazana as well as the surrounding area. There are two chairs, a small table, two lounge chairs, coffee table and indirect lighting.

The interior design is modern and functional. Master bedroom provides double bed (180*200), bedside tables, large wardrobe, ceiling fan. The bedroom can be darkened with a shutter and curtains. The second bedroom has two single beds (90*200) which can also be made into a double bed if required. Furthermore, there are bedside tables, a wardrobe, a small desk and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has its own balcony facing the sea.

In the living/dining room there is a couch, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, a shelf and a round dining table accomodating four persons. From the living room you access the second balcony with lateral sea view and a view of Fazana.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and coffee pods machine, electric oven, Ceran™ hob top and a large fridge / freezer. Access to the balcony with a lateral sea view.

The sanitary area has daylight, an open shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer and washing machine.

In the entrance area there is a large mirror and a small built-in closet for the cloakroom.

A private parking lot for our guests is available.

The sea and the nearest beach are just a stone throw away from the house entrance. Restaurants, shops, groceries, children's playground, bank, post office, doctor, ... everything is less than 100 meters from the accommodation.

A baby travel cot and children's high chair are available upon request. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor). There is no elevator in the building.
