Our four modern and spacious holiday homes all have an approx. 85m2 living space. They consist of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms each with their own shower room on the upper floor. The houses are ideal for 4 to 6 persons maximum (the living room couch can be converted into a double bed). We can also accommodate combinations of 8 or 12 to 24 people at the same time. Ideal for the generations or holidays with friends or even several families or travel groups.
The lovely village center of Döbriach is about 300m away. Here you will find everything from the baker for the breakfast bread, to the cozy restaurant, everything very quickly and within walking distance. The bakery service also delivers in the morning to the front door. And honestly, who has already been fond of cooking holiday every day. The holiday house is located about 2km from the lake and is located directly at the foot of the mountains. This makes it the ideal starting point for everything you need on and around the Millstätter See or in the beautiful mountains and pastures. All holiday homes are identical.

Cooking & eating
The kitchen is equipped with everything a modern and practical kitchen for 6 people needs. The dishwasher does the dishwashing. equipment If you want to wash in your cozy holiday laundry, then you have a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. In all rooms is a TV with satellite reception. Internet access is free of charge.

Sleep
2 bedrooms for 4 persons each with their own WC / bathroom on the upper floor. The living room couch is also a double bed for a further 2 persons.
