This nice holiday house is located about 3 km from Sorrento, one of the most famous places of the Sorrento Peninsula. At a distance of approximately 20 meters you will also find the holiday house IKS116, so the whole place is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together without giving up their privacy. The holiday houses share the pool and an outdoor room with fitness equipment, and each acommodation has a private, equipped outdoor area in front of the house. Ideal starting point for day trips to the Amalfi Coast, to Naples, Pompeii and the isle of Capri, which will surely fascinate you. The crystal clear sea is at a few km distances only.     “Schönes Haus, naturnahe Lage, im unteren Stock viel Platz. Aber: Im oberen Stock nur an wenigen Stellen Stehhöhe wegen der Dachform. Es war ständiges gebücktes Laufen erforderlich, für Personen mit Rückenproblemen ungeeignet. (Wurde bei der Buchung nicht angegeben!)
    Eine kleine Renovierung ist notwendig.
    Das Mauerwerk ist feucht (Ursache nicht ersichtlich), sodass sich an vielen Stellen die Farbe innen löst. Trotz Lüftens immer eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.
    Komplett gefliest, leicht sauber zu halten. Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Haus.
    Achtung: Gefährliche Grundstücksausfahrt direkt an einer Straßenkurve.
