You can play mini-golf, go hiking, cycling in the immediate area or visit one of the picturesque villages. In winter, you've come to the right place if you want to go cross-country skiing, sledding or go on a winter hike. Excursions into the wider region are also an option: The imperial city Goslar (20 km), Hahnenklee (7 km), Wernigerode (40 km), Torfhaus (25 km), the Brocken with the narrow-gauge railway (40 km).
