This beautiful villa is located in Esporles, the town is at the foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range, approximately 15km or 9 miles, north west of the capital Palma and the airport.
The landscape of the municipality is famous for its vast stone oak forests, the land being particularly well suited to their growth, and a walk through the dappled shade of the woods is highly recommended.
The house sits on an estate of 8.000m2, with 180m2 built s distributed in three buildings. The land has two levels. On the first level is a spacious living room with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom en suite. On the second level is a large dining room, with a big table, with kitchen and pantry, a bedroom with three single beds, a toilet, a room with washing machine, saltwater pool 10 x 5 meters.
Large gardens with lots of trees and plants. Swings, football, children’s toys.
The house is located 3 km from the village of Esporles, in which you will find variety of dining options, supermarket, pharmacy, post.
Rules:
- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
