The rooms of Casa Studer are on two floors.
The lower floor houses three bedrooms, each with 2-4 beds and a crib, as well as the bathroom with washing machine, and the separate toilet. On the upper floor there is the extremely practical and cozy eat-in kitchen with balcony facing the mountain and the living room with fireplace and panoramic view of the village of Aurigeno and the Maggia Valley.
With its location in the village center and directly on the edge of the forest, Casa Studer offers a beautiful view of the roofs of the village and the valley and is an ideal starting point for many leisure activities. Hiking trails lead in the immediate vicinity of the house either along the Maggia Valley or, over the mountain, into the Onsernone Valley. The bathing beaches of the Maggia, which are within walking distance, as well as a picturesque waterfall, about 500 m from the house, invite you to swim in summer.
On rainy days an efficient infrared heating as well as the fireplace in the living room help to create an exceptionally cozy atmosphere. The shopping center in Maggia, bank, pharmacy, post office, bakery, Coop, Migros, Denner, are five minutes away by car, the stop of the Vallemaggia bus 315 can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, Locarno and Ascona are about 12 km away.
Despite this proximity to the achievements of our civilization, in the village of Aurigeno itself there is a pleasant tranquility that allows the human spirit to recover from the efforts of everyday life.
Direct contact with the outside world is guaranteed by telephone, WIFI and satellite radio. A radio/CD/cassette player is also available.

additional vacation guests, which are not yet in the contract, will be settled by the landlord.
