Beautiful Villa Amyra is located in Sv. Lovreč Pazenatički, one of the best-preserved cities in Istria. Istria is a region visited every summer by many curious, domestic, and foreign tourists who want to have fun, relax and swim on beautiful beaches. If you are one of them, dare to afford a holiday in the villa and indulge in the charms that it generously offers!

This luxury villa was built in 2011 with a rustic style of construction and was completely renovated in 2022. It provides its guests with 243 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 744 m2. From the upper floor and from the kitchen there is a view of the clear Adriatic Sea, which is 7 km away. Villa Amyra can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, while the optimal number is 8, and it is fully air-conditioned. The villa will delight you with its large yard, and there is enough space for children to play and have fun.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room consisting of a sofa (that can serve as an extra bed for two people), a coffee table, stools, a romantic fireplace, and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals. One bedroom is also located on the ground floor and features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. There is also an additional room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a balcony where you will drink your morning coffee.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be pleasantly refreshed during the day or night in a heated pool of 96 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to the pool, you will sunbathe on 8 deck chairs reading your favourite book or soaking up the warm rays of the sun. The terrace also has an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and an outdoor dining table.

Additional content consists of a washing machine and iron.

Children and adults will have fun playing table tennis or darts, as well as satellite/cable TV, books, and a garden.

The villa is fully fenced and has a beautifully landscaped garden and lots of greenery which gives it a special experience. Inside the yard, there are 4 private parking spaces, while outside it there are 2 more.

Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours or olive oil tours, bike rental, or ski lift Poreč. You can go diving or sailing and try horseback riding.

Today's municipality of Sveti Lovreč borders the cities of Poreč and Rovinj, which are definitely worth a visit. In Lovreč itself, visitors will find everything they need for everyday life, such as a grocery store, pizzeria, and coffee bar, and in the nearby Lim Channel, which is a famous fish and shellfish farm, there is one of the leading fish restaurants in Istria.
