Villa Naria is located in Orašac, only 16 km away from the city of Dubrovnik, which is known as the pearl of the Adriatic coast, and which has long attracted tourists from all over the world. Dare to indulge in the charms of this beautiful place, and enjoy the combination of culture, interesting history, and luxury.

Villa Naria has 390 m2 of living space, is 1 km from the nearest pebble beach, and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. It is fully air-conditioned, on its ground floor there is a living room that includes two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair, and a romantic fireplace. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table overlooking the outdoor terrace, and a modern kitchen where you can enjoy cooking your favourite specialties for family or a group of best friends.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be able to refresh yourself in the heated pool of 24 m2, next to which there are 10 sun loungers and a parasol. Swimming in the pool or sunbathing on one of the deck chairs you have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of untouched nature and the clear sea. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor dining table, next to which there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal and a summer kitchen.

On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms with double beds, of which 3 bedrooms double beds can be separated into 2 single beds. The rooms also have ensuite bathrooms with one shower and four bathtubs, and the villa also has a separate toilet. Each of the bedrooms has a balcony with a sitting area, where you can, while reading your favourite book, relax in the morning coffee.

The villa is fully fenced and has enough space for children to play and have fun. There are two private parking spaces.

Additional facilities at Villa Naria include a feeder, baby cot, dryer, iron, and washing machine. Massage and concierge services are available by prior arrangement.

What will especially delight every guest who wants luxury is the sauna, which gives you relaxation of mind and body, and a room with fitness equipment for all those who like to stay active during the holidays.

Local activities at your fingertips include wine tours, bike rentals, diving, sailing, horseback riding or visits to historic cities.

Next to Villa Naria is her sister's villa Leda. The villas are separate and are rented separately.

Legend has it that the town of Orašac is named after walnuts, because its inhabitants cultivated walnuts until the fall of the Republic of Dubrovnik, until the construction of 15 Dubrovnik ships when most of them were cut down. Orašac is an excellent location if you want to stay in a quiet place by the sea, near the city, and yet away from the city crowds.
