Villa Amos is located in Orašac, 14 km northwest of the city of Dubrovnik, which is visited by a large number of tourists every summer. This villa is an ideal choice for all those who are looking for a quiet place near the sea and the city, and at the same time away from the city noise. Treat yourself to a holiday with your family or a group of best friends, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and visit Villa Amos.

The villa was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, and offers the guests 200 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 840 m2. In the courtyard of the villa there are olive trees and a beautifully landscaped garden that will be ideal for children to play. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, and on the upper floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds, while in the fourth room there are two single beds that can be connected to make a double bed. Each of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor has a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and chair. Next to the living room is a kitchen with a bar and 3 bar seats, a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and another smaller table with 4 seats.

On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 40 m2 which has an additional function UV lamp system. Next to it you can sunbathe on 8 deck chairs while reading your favourite reading material, and you will be especially delighted by the tavern, outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and outdoor dining table. Next to the pool there is a lounge area with tables and seating areas to relax and enjoy.

Villa Amos has a sea view from all bedrooms, taverns, terraces and swimming pools. You will surely enjoy the romantic sunsets in the evening, swimming in the pool and sipping delicious drinks, and lovers of delicious drops of wine will be delighted by the wine cellar.

Additional facilities include a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. The villa also has two separate toilets: one in the tavern and the other in the living room. Also, the villa has underfloor heating and cooling, a cot and a feeder.

Inside the yard there are 2 private parking spaces, while outside of it, there is another space.

In Orašac you can enjoy numerous nature trails where you will walk surrounded by untouched nature. You can also visit the Arapovo Palace, called Soderini, which was built in the early 16th century, and bathe on the beach 1 km from the villa.

Be sure to visit the city of Dubrovnik, forget the stressful everyday life, explore, relax, swim, walk, read, listen to music, absorb the rich culture and tradition, the city of UNESCO, the historical centre of artists, diplomats, scientists and sailors.
