The beautiful villa Calma Briševo is located near the city of Zadar, in the town of Briševo. This beautiful house will be ideal for a perfect annual holiday for all those who are looking for peace and quiet, and for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city lifestyle.
Villa Calma Briševo was built in 2022 in a contemporary style of construction, you have 250 m2 of living space at your disposal, and the total area of the property is 2600 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200). The villa also has 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other two have a shower cabin.
The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV, and there is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 8, and a modern kitchen that contains everything you need to enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. Next to the living room there is a balcony with a sofa where you can drink coffee and read books.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 32 m2 and 1.5 m deep pool, next to which there are 6 sun loungers. In the basement there is a tavern with a dining table and a wood or charcoal grill, and there is another outdoor covered dining table, a summer kitchen and an electric grill.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, an iron and a baby cot.
The courtyard of Villa Calma Briševo is fenced, offers entertainment for children, a swing and a slide, and adults can play table tennis. There are 5 private parking spaces in the yard, and 3 more spaces outside.
