PositionOur main house is on 3 floors with a view of Lake Csepany. The pool house on the other side of the area directly at the pool / tennis court / beach volleyball field. (You rent both houses) You can reach us directly from the main motorway to Balaton, M7 exit Center Siofok. A few hundred meters behind the Tesco, Obi and many other shopping opportunities. Siofok can be reached on foot, by bike or by car in 5-30 minutes.
The rooms, living room and outdoor area can be controlled with Apple Home in different colors and shades of white. And there are 10 Home Pod Minis scattered throughout the area to listen to music everywhere. It has 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, a wine cellar, 2 bedrooms, a tent for 2 people and 2 living rooms and various outdoor seating areas, a pavilion and a terrace with a lake view. You can also grill suckling pig in the XXL oven in the pool house or get ice cubes and crushed ice in the XXL refrigerator. The rooms are cooled or heated in an energy-saving manner with inverter air conditioning systems.
8000 m3 of land in pure nature. 800 m2 of vines and large garden with fruit trees and vegetable garden (for shared use) Right on the lake with a view of the forest. Tennis court (sand) with night lighting. Barbecue area, 9 meter pool and beach volleyball court. Sauna in the garden and huge pavilion with Bogracs cooking area (pot on an open fire). In the wine cellar you can sit together and try out different palinkas of your own. You can fish in the lake right in front of the house. The permits are only offered to homeowners and must be requested.
