Villa Los Poyatos in Costa del Sol with Private Heated Pool and Fantastic Views
HEATED SWIMMING POOL !!Located below the Village of Comares with extensive views from the Mountains to the sea, this beautiful villa offers large and bright accommodation. With beds for 14 people. The villa has barbecue, large private swimming pool and many terraces with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is 5 minutes, by car, from the beautiful and traditional village of Comares which has shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and bakery. The village of Comares has fantastic views to the coast. It is a beautiful village with a Moorish atmosphere. The village has a rich history. There are many interesting walks. In an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of Mountains, the villa is located on a country road, with a short área from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoors dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a excellent standard. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour, and the journey on the coast road from Nerja to Comares is superb! The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia, is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and has excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.
