The living rooms open onto a walled garden: Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. You will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool secured by an alarm (4.5 m x 8.5 m. depth 1.70 m, accessible from May to October) and numerous carefully arranged spaces, to enjoy the sun or in the shade of Mediterranean trees (olive trees , citrus fruits, fig tree...): barbecue area, terraces, garden furniture, solarium... Inside, on one level: fully equipped kitchen, large, very comfortable living room (bar area, table football, fireplace and pinball machine as decorative elements), 1 bedroom suite (1 double bed 160x200) with bathroom private water and toilet. Upstairs: 1 large master bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with private bathroom and toilet, 2 beautiful bedrooms (each with 1 double bed 160x200) with shared bathroom and toilet. Outside, an independent bedroom on one level with shower, bath and private toilet (good quality convertible sofa bed for 2 people 150x190). Closed parking on the property for 2 vehicles. Additional communal parking on site (free). A Dog accepted subject to good behavior and after agreement from the owner. End of stay cleaning: a check for €400 will be requested on site and returned at the end of the stay, if the gîte is returned in the same state of organization and maintenance as on arrival. Passage of the gardener and the pool specialist once a week for optimal maintenance.
