Just 20 minutes from the beaches of Le Barcarès and 30 minutes from Canet-plage, at the foot of the Cathar castles and on the wine route, in the heart of a 2-hectare property of olive trees and garrigue, you will enjoy your stay in one of the gîtes located on the heights of the village of Cases de Pène, in the heart of nature. Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the secure swimming pool (10 x 5 x 1.30 m) as well as the various relaxation areas and table tennis table. The property is located just 5 minutes' walk from the village, 15 minutes' drive from a large shopping area (Claira-Salenca), 15 minutes from Perpignan city centre (with its train station) and 10 minutes from the airport. The property has ample parking. As the terraces of the gîtes are not completely closed off from each other, we would ask you to be careful with your pets so as not to disturb neighbouring guests. Two adjoining gîtes, each with its own entrance, in the same building. Entrance hall, kitchen with dining area and lounge, opening onto a private, unenclosed 11 m² terrace, shower room, separate wc. With its own entrance, a bedroom (1 double bed) with its own shower room and separate wc. From this bedroom, following architectural constraints, access via a staircase to a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Then, on the lounge side, access by stairs to an unenclosed bedroom with a double bed. The discreet owners live on site. In another building, three other gîtes for 4 people each have been converted.
