"Welcome to our 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of the former stable building! Here you can enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The sofa bed (1.80 x 2m) is equipped with a firm mattress and ensures restful sleeping comfort during your stay.

Relax with entertainment on a TV (SAT) or enjoy your favorite radio stations on the existing radio.

Fresh bed linen and towels for the first few days will be waiting for you on arrival so that you can immediately feel at home.

For cyclists, we offer a secure, lockable room to store your bikes and the possibility to charge them.

Your car can be parked free of charge directly on site and WLAN use is already included in the rental price.

A washing machine, drying facilities and an ironing station are available in the separate laundry room.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancelations will be charged with 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 21:00.
Departure is possible from 06:00 am to 11:00 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over on site.
