The spacious holiday home is located on a 700 square metre separate recreational plot in a quiet location. It is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room (upholstered furniture, dining table, TV, stereo system, fireplace), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, dining area, fireplace), 2 bedrooms (1 x with double bed as walk-through room, 1 x rollaway bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC and bathtub. On the upper floor there is another large bedroom (2 single beds) and a guest WC. There is a sauna in a separate outbuilding for free use, a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, bicycle storage, car park, cot and high chair. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Final cleaning is included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Please indicate your intention to rent when booking. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
Neu-Sommersdorf is a small rural village on the eastern shore of Lake Kummerow, located between the Reuterstadt Stavenhagen and the Hanseatic town of Demmin. The lake is approx. 3 km away and there is a well-developed network of cycle paths.
