The two holiday apartments are located in a separate residential outbuilding on the owner's residential property. The owner runs a snack bar/café with beer garden on the property, separate from the holiday apartments. The bathing area at the Greifswalder Bodden is approx. 500 metres away. There is a furnished terrace or balcony and a car parking space. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning.
The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential outbuilding. Access via separate external staircase. Features: combined living/sleeping room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio, 2 single beds), kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, sleeping accommodation for a child on a fold-out sofa bed), shower/WC, central heating.
