Situated on the first floor, the house includes a kitchen equipped with modern amenities, an inviting sitting room, and comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms.
Outside, the expansive plot creates a serene atmosphere. The terrace provides a charming spot to dine and relax, offering views of the inviting pool and verdant garden. The private pool, secured by a fence, measures 10 m x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.30 m to 1.60 m, featuring a pool terrace furnished with sunbeds.
Please note the owners live in an adjacent independent house, ensuring complete privacy for guests using the pool. Access to the rental is via a staircase with 12 steps. The ground floor serves as a veranda/storage area for holidaymakers. Please be aware that the owners have a friendly cat and dog, and upon prior request, your pet is welcome to join you during your stay.
The property is located in a privileged and very natural environment in the lower part of Bonnieux but not isolated. The centre of the village, shops, restaurants, shops are about 4 km. Bonnieux is one of the most picturesque villages in North Luberon. You will be close to the other charming villages as Lacoste, Ménerbes, Oppède, Gordes, Roussillon.
Visit the "Pays des Sorgue" villages and discover the village of Fontaine de Vaucluse and its mysterious source, Isle sur la Sorgue with its authentic water wheels and world-famous antique shops.
