This stunning property, steeped in history and surrounded by lavender and sunflowers, is the epitome of a French resort. The stone building is beautiful both inside and out, with wooden floors and beamed ceilings as well as decorative fireplaces and cozy nooks. On the first floor there is a cozy living room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sitting area, dressing room and separate WC. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Outside, pretty terraces with tables and chairs offer lovely views of the countryside and steps lead down to a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m, alarm protected), which is located about 40 m below the terrace. Note that there is a second vacation apartment (for 12 people) on the same property with its own amenities, including private pool and parking. The tennis court is shared with the residents of this second rental apartment. The apartment is surrounded by greenery. The stores are about 3 km away in Saint-Astier.
