All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
