Lage:
The apartment is located in a building similar to a wooden box in the middle of Styria´s nature on the Planneralm. The modern building with a total of 12 apartments was planned and built as part of an architectural competition. The large window fronts make you feel like you are at one with nature outside. You live in the highest mountain village in Styria, the access to the house is asphalted, and you can park your car directly in front of the house.

The Planneralm is the highest ski and mountain village in Styria and is located in Upper Styria.Planneralm ski area just 150m away. In winter the region offers 100% snow security with a unique natural snow concept. Not only families with children feel at home here, the freerider scene also finds free fun off the beaten track. The ski area offers 5 lifts and 16 kilometers of slopes. In summer, the Planneralm transforms into a natural power place with many quiet hiking trails for true mountain lovers. The cable cars are not in operation in summer. Secure your place at an altitude of 1,600 meters for fun, relaxation and nature experiences for the whole family. Leisurely hiking trails to managed alpine pastures directly from the house, panoramic lake path to the lake. There are signposted running paths throughout the area. Balance course for local children. Shops in Donnersbach 16km, Irdning 17km, town of Schladming 50km, Planneralm ski school on site, sports shop on site.

There are a total of 12 identical apartments in the house on two floors. An apartment offers around 41m2 space for 1 to 5 or 6 people. There is a kitchen with an electric stove (2 plates), mini oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Right next to it is 1 double bed. 1 room with either 2 bunk beds or bunk and loft beds. 1 shower, 1 toilet. WiFi, TV available.We ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Also common for everyone: lounge with couch and play area. This room is also often used as a seminar room. Finnish sauna for 6-8 people to serve yourself (main sauna times 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.) with relaxation room, shower, toilet. Boot drying room, ski storage.Bed linen/towel set available, price including 85 final cleaning.
