With a capacity for six people this beautiful rural house offers you the privacy you desire together with the tranquillity of a beautiful rural environment.

You should know that it has approximately three kilometres of country road, compact and well kept, although in some small sections near the accommodation it can be uneven, so we recommend that sports cars or cars with a very low profile are not suitable for this road.

The location of the accommodation is a rural location, we recommend you to travel or order a first purchase, especially if your flight or journey is in the early hours of the morning. The distance to Coín town centre is 15 minutes by car.

Fenced in all its perimeter, this beautiful country house offers comfortable parking for two vehicles. A well-kept and beautiful garden borders with a path all around the outside area of the swimming pool.

A large swimming pool, accompanied by a nice covered porch that gives shelter to the entrance of the house will offer you fun times in the water, as well as the tranquility of sunbathing, reading a book or enjoying all the outdoor furniture offered by the hosts, to which, we add a second porch on one of the sides of the house that together with its outdoor furniture will give you another meeting point for the family or a moment of intimacy and relaxation.

Within these covered areas, in addition to the furniture, you will also have a small corner that serves as an outdoor kitchen, a great advantage for preparing lunch for family gatherings.

We inform you that this accommodation is subject to the prior payment of a deposit, this payment will be returned within 48 hours after the departure of the accommodation and after review of this.

Inside this beautiful rural house, you will have at your entrance a spacious living room, differentiated in television area with a comfortable sofa and a nice dining table near the kitchen. The kitchen, although not very spacious, is functional and complete, you will not miss any accessory to prepare your lunches.

For rest, you will have three bedrooms, all three with air conditioning, window to the outside (in one of them the window is an access door to the outside porch) and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and tidy way. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, the second bathroom is in the common area together with the other two bedrooms.
