The mountain cottage Cas Sito in the north of Mallorca is nestled in the wild nature of the Tramuntana mountains. It offers you the rare opportunity to wake up in the middle of a spectacular world heritage site. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. The living space is spread over two levels. The main entrance leads to the upper level with an open-plan living area with fireplace, dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The area has hot/cold air conditioning. A staircase leads to the lower floor. Thanks to the hillside location, the three double bedrooms here also have a view of the greenery. The three well-kept sleeping areas share a modern bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with radiators so that hikers and cyclists will find a comfortable refuge after extensive tours. Ancient olive trees and lush green plants form a shady jungle around the cosy terraces of the hillside property, allowing you to relax outdoors even in the hot summer months. There are several other houses in the neighbourhood, all of which are tucked away in their own garden plots. Access to the holiday home is easy as the driveway is tarmac right to the end. The two terraces in front of the house lead to the front door. The mountain cottage is situated on a hillside plot with lush nature in the centre of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of Mallorca. The bay of Cala Tuent and its restaurant are a 13-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. There are interesting cycling and hiking routes, for example to the Gorg Blau and Cúber reservoirs.
