The spectacular seafront villa Can Eolo is located in the first sea line on the edge of the settlement of Cala Agulla, which has grown together with the harbour town of Cala Ratjada as a kind of urbanisation. The hillside location creates a wonderful outdoor area with an extensive terrace area that seems to nestle against the mountain on one side, but ends above the cliff on the other, offering a phenomenal view of the open sea. Framed by natural stone and a stone wall, the sea terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor seating area is an absolute highlight due to its size and beautiful view. Large agaves surround the area above the terrace, where there is also a barbecue for relaxed barbecue afternoons and evenings with friends or family. The outdoor area is playful and you reach the house via the path from the sea terrace over the pool area. There are several sun loungers around the pool with mosaic stones and a parasol to provide shade. Cute details such as the fish-shaped outdoor shower with red mosaic give the villa that special kick that shows the loving and detailed restoration of this traditional villa.

The entrance to the separate guest house is located by the pool and therefore above the main house due to its elevated position. This living area is bright and ideal for families with children, but also for another generation of grandparents who want some privacy away from the family. In the guest house you will find everything you need: you enter the guest house and find a living room with a fashionable brown couch as a cosy place to watch TV. Through a wicker basket with sandstone you enter the open-plan kitchen, which has basic equipment including a cooker, gas hob, large fridge, coffee machine and much more. There are two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A tastefully blue-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this charming guest area. In the main house on the hillside, there are four further spacious bedrooms with modern furnishings. There are four bathrooms in total, two of which are en suite. Three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor of the main house, while the fourth bedroom and bathroom are located in the living area on the ground floor. The layout of the lower floor as a living space is wonderfully spacious. Numerous floor-to-ceiling windows lend the already bright room with its white walls and light-coloured floor tiles a radiant atmosphere in which the selected furniture is shown to its best advantage. Past the fireplace corner, the path leads us through a dining area into the kitchen. In the large eat-in kitchen, the house's design, which is adapted to the slope, is clear to see. Although this room is also wonderfully bright, the window looks out onto a stone wall against which the house nestles. The white country-style kitchen offers all the comfort you could wish for when self-catering. The exceptionally bright design with very delicate, colourful accents is so wonderfully restrained and yet refreshing that you immediately feel at home in the overall light atmosphere of the villa - an ideal destination for a larger travel group and all the more versatile with the separate areas in the main and guest house.
