This spectacular villa is accessed via a large private driveway and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern interior and its open and light-flooded interior design honours the fantastic panorama. The large living room (approx. 60 m²) with numerous cosy seating areas, a beautiful fireplace and an integrated dining area is the heart of the house. The high-quality marble floors and floor-to-ceiling windows give this room an elegant yet cosy atmosphere. Should the temperature drop a little, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of the bay of Alcúdia while reading a good book on the comfortable sofas by the crackling fire. The entire house has central heating, so you can live here all year round and stay warm even in winter. The tasteful kitchen with elegant wooden fronts is equipped with all the necessary amenities. There are two bright bedrooms on the ground floor and a third on the upper floor. Some of the marble bathrooms are en suite and all have a shower.
The stunning Villa Casa Kyona is located in a nature reserve, above the charming town of Colonia de Sant Pere, just 200 metres from the sea. You can go shopping in the beautiful harbour town with its wonderful beach promenade. As the house is situated above the bay of Alcúdia, the Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere is only 800 metres away on foot and other beautiful sandy beaches in this bay are also within easy reach by car.
