The tea room next door is the perfect place for a relaxing cup of coffee or tea with a treat. Whether you fancy a delicious lunch or perhaps a beer or wine in the afternoon, this is the place to be. The cozy atmosphere and extensive menu make this a favorite spot for both guests and locals.

From this location, you won't miss the sea of flowers. Take a walk through the adjacent pick-your-own garden, where you can pick a beautiful bouquet of varied flowers for your accommodation during the summer months. This relaxing activity is fun for the whole family and offers a unique way to enjoy nature.

Upon entering this studio, the high sloping ceiling immediately stands out, creating a wonderfully spacious feeling. The large windows provide pleasant light and make you feel at one with the outdoors. The impressive floral wallpaper is a nice nod to the pick-your-own garden you can visit in the summer.

The studio is practically laid out and offers everything you need on one level. At the back of the studio, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa, coffee table, television, and a view of the private garden. The kitchen, though small, is fully equipped: hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with storage space, shower, bathtub, and toilet. In the private garden (15m²), facing south, you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening.

A parking space is included with the studio, and there is always enough space in the parking lot for visitors. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a shed where you can safely store bicycles. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the toilet area of the adjacent campsite. This studio is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Everything is within reach, and the tea room, pick-your-own garden, and private garden offer a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors.

Although this studio is centrally located on the edge of the village, you are still surrounded by greenery. The campsite is adjacent at the back, giving you the feeling of being completely away. For all your daily needs, the baker, supermarket, and various local shops in the village of Koudekerke are nearby. Want to experience the vibrant energy of the city? Then your accommodation is almost adjacent to the maritime city of Vlissingen, with its lively boulevard and stunning views of passing ships. Fancy a shopping day? The center of Middelburg offers a versatile shopping area with both large chains and local entrepreneurs and cozy restaurants on the Markt. Prefer a relaxing day at the beach? Just a stone's throw away, you’ll find the expansive beach of Koudekerke, perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles, or taking a refreshing dip.
