The property has direct access to the River Ems, which is perfect for a dip on hot summer days. After a barbecue, the evening can end around the campfire... The holiday home is located directly on the Ems on a 2000 square metre plot and is supplied with renewable energy: it has a photovoltaic system and an air-water heat pump. If you are travelling by electric car, you can charge it directly on site at the wallbox (it is also possible to travel by train and/or bicycle).
