Its location combines the peace of the countryside with the proximity to the urban centre, offering excellent road connections to explore both the interior of the province of Malaga and the Costa del Sol. Located on an organic lemon farm.

Access and First Impressions:
Reaching this oasis of peace is easy and safe, via a 500 meters unpaved but well compacted road. Upon arrival, you will be able to park your vehicle inside the plot and enjoy the beautiful views surrounding this modern single storey house. The main access is through a security door, which opens into a spacious living/dining room with open plan kitchen, presided over by a practical island. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, facilitating your stay.

Interior layout:
The living/dining room, with a cosy sitting and TV area, is decorated with an elegant dining table and has two large windows allowing views and direct access to the outside. This is especially convenient if you are travelling with children, as you can easily keep an eye on them while they play outside.

Exterior and Relaxation Areas:
The outdoor space is spacious and roofed, with furniture adapted to enjoy the outdoors. The private swimming pool, surrounded by natural grass, is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax, enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings. It is important to mention that the lawn is in the process of growing, so it may differ slightly from the photos.

Distribution of the Bedrooms:
The house has three bedrooms:

1. Master bedroom: located next to the kitchen, it offers more privacy and has an en-suite bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioning, window to the outside, storage space and a comfortable double bed.
2. Secondary bedrooms: Located close to the dining room, these two bedrooms share a common bathroom with shower. Both have air conditioning, windows to the outside and storage space. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds.

In addition, the living/dining room has a comfortable double sofa bed, completing the accommodation capacity.

Additional information:

- Deposit: A deposit is required to be paid before entering the accommodation, which will be returned 48 hours after check-out, after a review of the property.
