Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 20 m, café, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed, dining table and air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option.
