Villa Lucilla is a country house with a long history, enriched by precious objects referring to experiences in exotic contexts. The villa has a swimming pool for exclusive use, an outdoor kitchen and a furnished sun terrace. It is on several levels, offering many relaxing rooms, well arranged and designed in a functional way. On the ground floor, overlooking the pool, is a lounge called "the culture room" with a rich library and international video library. Externally: changing room adjacent to the pool (powered by a salt pump). Bathroom with jacuzzi. On request: possibility of a cook and domestic help. Access via 1.2 km of dirt road. Some distances: 2,5 km the ancient village of Farnetella, 8 km Sinalunga (all kinds of shops, tennis, horse riding), 30 km Lake Trasimeno, 40 km Siena. Arrival not later than 8 pm. Arrivals after this time are possible only upon agreement and upon payment.

    “Das Haus wird beworben, keine Haustiere erlaubt, der Besitzer hat aber selber mindestens eine Hund! Für Tierhaar-Allergiker nicht geeignet. Sämtliche Decken sind voll von Tierhaaren. Das Haus ist alt, ja hat aber auch Charme. Leider vom Besitzer vollgestopft mit seinen persönlichen Sachen( Videos, CDs). Da müsste mal richtig aufgeräumt werden. Der Pool ist sehr gut. Richtig sauber und lädt zum entspannen nur so ein.Kompliment! Die Toiletten sind sauber, der Rest der Bäder allerdings nicht. Um die Müllentsorgung wird sich sehr gut gekümmert. Alle zwei Tage wird er abgeholt.Aber die Sauberkeit im Haus ist nicht so gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und sehr schön.Der Weg dorthin ist..eine Schotterpiste vom allerfeinstem. Erlebnisfahrt! Wenn die Sauberkeit besser wäre und vor allem die Tierhaare nicht da wären, würde ich sagen sehr schön! So aber für das Geld. Nie wieder.”
