This characteristic Tuscan-style tavern that has been completely renovated and transformed into 4 cosy apartments is set on the pretty green hills of central Tuscany. The renovation work was carried out with great care and particular attention was paid to the original structure. You can enjoy beautiful broad views of the surrounding countryside. The apartments are in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing location where you can enjoy shared use of a large outdoor area and a beautiful inviting swimming pool. From the side opposite the pool, 50 m below where the house is located, passes a provincial road. Each apartment also has an exclusive covered and equipped area and all have independent entrance. There is covered parking for guests also. Inside the property you will find very comfortable furnishings and is pleasantly decorated with a homely feel. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is also a well equipped living are and kitchen. A real home from home. Be sure to visit local places for interesting and exciting days out, for example just 0.5 km away you can sample horse-riding, or 3 km to Montaione for all kinds of shops. If you fancy a spot of golf travel just 15 km to Castelfalfi), 20 km San Gimignano, 29 km Volterra, and 50 km Florence.
