This characteristic holiday home with pool has two tastefully decorated apartments. It is situated in the countryside around the small town of Menfi, not far from the sea (9km). The location is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea and wish to explore the western part of Sicily. In the many wine cellars of the region - such as the villages of Sambuca di Sicilia or Lago Arancio - renowned wines are produced, such as the famous red wine Nero d'Avola, which you can taste in the outdoor area of your holiday accommodation. A tip for your excursions: Agrigento is situated about 55 kilometers away and is world famous for its ancient Greek temples. The last 800 meters of the access road are not paved.

    “Alleinstehende ruhige Villa in gepflegtem Zustand und abgeschlossenes Grundstück, abseits des Ortes Menfi gelegen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Gute Ausstattung, nur die Wasserutsche war unbrauchbar. Meerblick nur von Dachterrasse. Das Haus war sauber, wir sind aber auch nicht pingelig. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für eine Poolvilla war in Ordnung. Der Besitzer spricht italienisch, kann bei Bedarf aber eine Person anrufen die übersetzt. Er kümmerte sich jeden Tag um den Pool, Pferd, Müll etc... Da er an manchen Tagen mehrmals kam, könnten sich Einsamkeitsliebende in ihrer Privatspäre gestört fühlen.”
