    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Trotz Satelittenempfang war kein deutsches Programm zu empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem sehr guten, neuwertigen Zustand. Das Objekt befindet sich in der Hauptstraße von Buonconvento im 2. Stock eines alten Hauses, dieser Lage zufolge ist mit einer Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen, z.B. Musik aus den gegenüberliegenden Bars bis ca. 1.00 (erlebt), Strassenkehrmaschinen ca. ab 7.30, Kirchenglockenläuten ab 7.30 bis 22.00 (sehr dezenter Klang) und teilweise lauten Passanten.
    Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, leider waren im Kühlschrank angebrochene Lebensmittel (geöffnete Flasche Wasser, Butter, Kaffee).
    Im untersten Fach des Tiefkühlfaches waren eine Flasche und ein Kühlakku, die Schublade war verschmutzt.
    Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zeichnen diese Wohnung aus, in der wir jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub verbringen würden.
    Da sich ein Doppelbett auf der offenen Gallerie befindet, eignet sich die Wohnung besonders für Familien, des engen Zusammenlebens wegen.”
