    “Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf dem Hinterhof des Hauses. Der Eingang und Zaun ist mit einem Bambuszaun verkleidet, neben dem Eingang ist ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz, vollbelagert mit Bauschutt. Der Parkplatz wird von Baufahrzeuge und Wildcampern benutzt. Es ist nicht besonders einladend.
    Der Garten kann von Bewohnern von drei Ferienwohnungen benutzt werden. Der Garten wird teils als Abstellplatz und Lagerplatz für diverse Haushalts- und Gartengegenstände von der Vermieterin benutzt. Man kann dort nicht gemütlich hinsetzen. Die angekündigten Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück für Nutzer der Ferienwohnungen ist nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber auch dort liegt doch alles was aus dem Haus der Vermieterin ausgelagert wurde. Die drei Ferienwohnungen sind mit diversen Türen voneinander getrennt, es ist sehr hellhörig. Eine richtige Verdunkelung in dem Zimmer ist nicht vorhanden, so kann man den ganzen Nacht das Ein- und Ausschalten der Bewegungsmelder genießen.
