A well-maintained and energy friendly holiday home with pool, whirlpooland sauna. Located in the scenic and quiet Lodbjerg Hede.

The cottage has a good arrangement with a well-equipped kitchen and openconnection to the living room, from where you can access the largeterrace. The living room has a wood-burning stove, stereo set with CD player, TV and Nintendo Wii with games.

The pool section is connected to the living room, where you find theswimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. There is also a bathroom here withunderfloor heating.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there are 2 extrabeds on the mezzanine, where you also find table football. The pool andhouse is heated with energy efficient heat pumps.

Children can enjoy the swing and sandbox outdoors on the large plot,where there also is space for ballgames.

It is 330 metres to a Put &take lake and about 1500 metres to a 27 hole golf course.

No letting to youth groups.

    “Dejligt hus med godt indeklima. Dejligt poolområde. Vel indrettet køkken med alt udstyr. Pænt og rent. . En god travetur til Vesterhavet.
    Velegnet til flere familier med børn i alle aldre.
    Et lille minus , Der mangler lidt mere lys i stuen over spisebordet”

    “An sich sehr sauber. Leider konnten aber nicht alle Gegenstände wie beschrieben genutzt werden. Beispiel: Billard-Tisch. Der war bereits bei Ankunft mit irgendwelchen Katalogen unter einem Fuß ausgeglichen worden. Um diesen wieder in Waage zu bringen, müsste man aber an min. zwei Füßen gescheit ausgleichen... Auf der Terrasse hinten waren Blumenkübel vom Vormieter als Aschenbecher missbraucht worden. Diese wurden nicht entleert. Ebenso standen insgesamt 4 Grills um das Haus herum. Keiner war zu gebrauchen...”
