The beautiful, comfortable and fondly furnished duplex is built in typical Istrian style and surrounded by traditional dry stone masonry, vineyards, flowers and fruit trees. This house is rustic and cosy and is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of a village. This house is particularly attractive during April end and in May, when the flowers and different of varieties of roses are in full bloom. Children can also play in the beautiful garden. You can prepare delicious dishes on the outdoor barbecue with a fireplace in the garden. Do relax on the covered terrace and enjoy a game of chess. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the backyard surrounded by greenery that provides refreshment during hot summer days. There is a magnificent view of the landscape from the traditional terrace. The terrace can be accessed by an external staircase as well as from the second bedroom. Do visit Pula, a city rich in culture and famous for its beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea.

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, die nebenan wohnen, sich diskret zurückhalten, aber den Pool intensiv sauber halten. Traumlage inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen. Zielgruppe aus unserer Sicht natur-orientierte Familien, die die ruhige Lage schätzen und sich nicht am Fahrweg (10 min.) zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt stören. Uns gefiel der klassische Baustil besser als die überwiegend angebotenen Neubauten. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den traumhaften Pool mit den vielen Gartenmöbeln, die schöne Gestaltung der Aussen-Sitzplätze sowie den praktischen Grillkamin. Bei der Anfahrt beachten, dass die Wegbeschreibung von der Süd-Ausfahrt aus verfasst ist. Die Kirche, die man passiert, liegt außerhalb an der nördlichen Ausfallstrasse, nach der Autobahn-Brücke!”
