This spacious holiday home in an elevated location is just 50 metres from the lake. The fenced ground is located near a forest. The home has modern furnishings and the cosy fireplace provides pleasant atmosphere in the evenings (wood for the fireplace is separately charged). Spend several hours outdoors on the large, open terrace. There are two bicycles on the property for active guests. Even sunbathers will have a good time on one of the two sun loungers available here.

    “Diese Haus ist für ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber ein perfekter Ort, die Entfernungsangabe zum Wasser ist etwas geschönt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, während unseres Aufenthaltes waren etwa 5 der ca 30 Häuser bewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich recht gut, wie in vielen anderen Ferienhäusern, haben aber Gäste einige Schäden angerichtet, die nicht sofort behoben werden, auch steht das Haus vermutlich zeitweise leer und wird weder beheizt noch gelüftet, wodurch sich ein eher feuchtes Klima bildet, was den Möbeln nicht gerade gut tut. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und der Beauftragte kam uns schon entgegen. Auch zur Abreise war er auf die Minute da, die Übernahme und Übergabe verliefen reibungslos. Bemängeln möchte ich, dass wir keine Möglichkeit hatten die Heizung in Betrieb zu nehmen und den Innenkamin kann man ohne Atemschutz nicht benutzen. Bei Nachttemperaturen um 10 Grad ist das nicht lustig, leider wird das Haus aber nur bis Mai beheizt. Wein aus Biergläsern ist auch nicht toll.”
